Welcome to Tax Bites: Serving Up Federal, SALT, and Technology Insights
Welcome to the first edition of FandlGagnon’s Tax Bites.
We created this newsletter to provide you with the most trusted resources on Federal and State & Local Tax (SALT) Tax and Tax Technology. The newsletter will be published twice annually during the second and fourth quarter of each year and will include a bi-annual summary of Federal and SALT Tax updates, guidance, and insights. Our aim is to present the materials in a simple and easily digestible format – notwithstanding – when appropriate we will try to keep it lighthearted.
Tax Bites – What's on the Menu?
1. Federal Tax News, Commentary & Insights: Federal tax rules can be a maze, but don’t worry! We’ll help you navigate the complex world of tax codes, from changes in corporate tax rates to updates on individual tax filings. We’ll break it down in a way that’s easy to understand and practical to apply.
2. State & Local Tax (SALT) News. Commentary & Insights: State tax laws are constantly changing, and we know how important it is to stay ahead of the curve. From new tax rates to innovative state-level incentives, we’ll keep you informed so you can make the best decisions for your business.
3. Tax Technology Trends: Tax software and automation are revolutionizing the way we do business. From AI-driven tax reporting to digital tax compliance tools, we will spice it up by sharing the latest technology that’s reshaping the industry—and how you can leverage it for efficiency, accuracy, and (hopefully) fewer headaches.
4.Lighthearted Additions – As we move forward, look for us to add other items to the Menu for your personal and lighthearted consumption. For example, what are some of the foods you love but could do without the spices. Fandl will share our list.
